More summer auto shows on the way

After enjoying all of the sights and sounds at Goodwood this year, I was on the lookout for more auto related shows and events taking place this summer. Camper Jam, a VW Bus Festival now in its fifth year, will be held this weekend July 7th and 8th, 2012 at Weston Park in Shropshire. Event sponsors, Volkswagen Camper & Commercial magazine say; "The show is designed to offer a chilled, laid-back family weekend in a beautiful parkland setting." Shropshire Festival of Transport on the 5th of August promises to be an exciting day with loads of cars on show, family entertainment, and even an Aircraft Ariel display. It will be held at the Shropshire Agricultural Showground. If you would like more information, click here. Ford Fair is the event I am most looking forward to. I have been to one a few years ago and it truly was a great day out. It boasts the title of being the "biggest and best Ford Festival in Europe" and will take place on Sunday August 12th, 2012 at Silverstone Circuit, Northamptonshire. With over 3,500 Ford car clubs attending each year, there is sure to be a tremendous array of fine Ford vehicles on display. For all the details, visit the Ford Fair website here.
