Essential Tips and Handy Advice for Van Drivers - Driver Fatigue, Hours, and Breaks

Whether becoming tired during a long road journey or simply driving after not getting enough sleep, driver fatigue can be a very serious situation. It's a dangerous condition that accounts for many road accidents each year.  In fact, RoSPA (the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) reports that fatigue-related accidents kill more than 300 people a year in the UK and cause 20% of accidents, especially on monotonous roads. Be careful when driving and try to plan your journeys so that they are not so long as to contribute to fatigue.
