Seat now offers online service bookings

Seat has launched a new tool where customers can book their car for servicing at their local dealership online. The process couldn't be easier and is available now. Just log onto www.seat.co.uk, click on the service tab and choose book your service online now, and then enter the mileage and registration of your car, select your nearest dealership, confirm the type of service you require, and then choose a convenient booking date and time. Anna Chudley, after-sales retention manager at Seat UK, said: "We’re thrilled to be launching online service booking this week, which makes it easier than ever for a Seat owner to book their car into a nearby dealership." Also, as part of their after-sales care package, “It’s Fixed" is a service scheme that offers dealer servicing at local garage rates for SEATs aged between 3-10 years old. It’s an option I hope to see more manufacturers follow, as it offers clear transparent pricing for not only major/minor servicing, but for common maintenance jobs like brake pad replacements too.
