Commercial Motor Live: October 3-4th, 2012

If you have ever wanted to ride in or drive a commercial lorry, then here is your chance. The Commercial Motor Live event at Millbrook Proving Ground in Bedfordshire is providing entrants with the opportunity to get behind the wheel of the latest commercial vehicles from Scania, Volvo, Renault, Mercedes-Benz, and Isuzu Trucks. Although this type of event is geared toward business fleet managers and commercial vehicle operators, it still offers a little something for everyone. Tickets to the event cost £80 including complimentary breakfast (a bacon roll) and lunch, but you need to register for the ride and drive, so book your tickets soon, as places are limited. The event is being held on October 3-4 and gates open at 07:30 and close at 18:00. Aside from the exclusive ride and drive exhibit, there will be plenty to see and do with loads of seminars and demonstrations including informative talks on new legislation (new Euro 5 and 6), telematics, and the new tyre labelling.
