"Van drivers twice as likely to get motoring convictions"

What Van?, Britain's biggest and best van buyers' guide, has posted an interesting article claiming new research has shown that van drivers were twice as likely to get caught for motoring offenses such as speeding, than car drivers. Surprisingly noted in the article was that van drivers, especially those owning smaller businesses, are largely being caught for talking on a hand-held mobile phones.
