Footman James Classic Motor Show November 16-18, 2012

After posting about so many international motor shows recently, finally there is an opportunity to announce a great motor event being held on our side of the shores this autumn. The ‘Grand Finale’ to the UK classic season, the Footman James Classic Motor Show will be held at the NEC Birmingham from Friday 16th to Sunday 18thNovember 2012. This year, the UK’s biggest classic motoring celebration will span eleven halls with an estimated 1,500 cars and 350 motorcycles on display, ranging from the rare and exciting to pre-war and retro classics, family saloons to supercars, the sublime to the ridiculous, and many more. The show's theme this year is ‘What’s the Story?’ and nearly 250 classic motoring clubs will bring together their best club marques as they embrace this theme. Also on show are vehicles that were involved in stories – from the lorry used in the Great Train Robbery to the iconic cars and bikes that have graced both TV and the big screen. There will be over 500 trade stands selling a wide range of parts, spares, tools, motoring services and memorabilia while the popular Autojumble and Bikejumble are havens for mechanics looking for that elusive motoring component. It's a chance to get together with fellow classic motor enthusiasts and to enjoy one of the UK's biggest motoring celebrations.

Ticket prices are from £18.50 when purchased in advance. For more information on the Footman James Classic Motor Show or Classic Motorbike Show, visit their event website here.
