MINI UK to present all-new light commercial MINI Clubvan at 2013 CV show

The all-new MINI Clubvan is to take centre stage at next year’s International Commercial Vehicle Show 2013. Organisers of the show, which is owned by the CV Show LLP comprising of the Road Haulage Association, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders and IRTE Services Ltd, the trading company of the SOE (Society of Operations Engineers), happily posted the news this week that MINI UK has taken the decision to grandstand its stylish light commercial vehicle in April 2013 after its initial unveiling at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this year.

Speaking of the Clubvan’s debut at next year’s Show, James Morrison, Corporate Marketing Manager for MINI UK said, “We are delighted that the MINI Clubvan will be there at the 2013 International Commercial Vehicle Show. We are looking forward to showing how the Clubvan effortlessly combines both the practicality of an 860-litre load capacity with premium features already familiar to existing MINI customers. The MINI Clubvan offers commercial customers both style and substance on the road.”

“This is great news for the industry in general and the CV Show in particular,” said SMMT Chief Executive, Paul Everitt. “The changes we are seeing in today’s commercial vehicle industry are borne out of necessity. To have the commitment of exhibitors that range from small delivery specialists to those capable of moving exceptionally large loads shows, beyond a shadow of a doubt, just how far the industry has come in a relatively short space of time.”

Launched in 2000, the Commercial Vehicle Show has become one of the "must attend/exhibit" shows for those in the UK road freight transport and the logistics industry. With thousands of visitors each year, you are going to want to mark your calendars and clear your diary for the 2013 CV show on April 9-11, 2013.
